Any token amount, booking amount, or payment towards a unit is made directly with the developer or its authorized representative, and is governed by the developer's own refund and cancellation terms and the applicable Apartment/Unit Buyer's Agreement.

Enquiry & Site Visit Requests

Submitting an enquiry, callback request, or site-visit booking through this website does not involve any payment and therefore carries no refund or cancellation charge. You may withdraw such a request at any time by contacting us.

Booking Amount Refunds

Where a booking or token amount has been paid to the developer, its refund upon cancellation is subject to the timelines, deductions, and terms specified in the builder-buyer agreement and applicable RERA rules.
